Due to the current COVID19 epidemic, disruptions to shipping and handling throughout not only Australia but globally, this may impact on delivery times causing delays to your order.

Delivery times within Australia and some countries are starting to improve and RESQ SKIN will use Australia Post and several major freight companies known for having swift service delivery to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.

RESQ SKIN would like to acknowledge and offer our total respect for the workers faced with delivery challenges such as Border Closures and the back log of parcels that Australia Post are working through. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout these really trying times.

Note: Shipping times may be increased during busy times (i.e., Christmas, Public holidays, etc).

Orders made after 12 noon (Australian Western Standard time) will be shipped next business day. Business days are defined as Monday to Friday excluding weekends and Public holidays.

International Shipping

International shipping and handling cost is calculated based on the weight and volume of your order. We will advise you cost of shipping to your country along with an estimated time of delivery once you place your order. Alternatively, you can email us with the items you wish to order and we can provide you with an estimated quote.

We would appreciate your understanding and patience if at all your order is held up, incurring any additional fees, tariffs, taxes or local clearance charges. RESQ SKIN will not be held responsible for such an inconvenience. Please check with your local customs agents or shipping agent prior to shipment of any goods.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as any returned orders due to incorrect addresses will incur a re-delivery charge for your order to your correct address.

For International orders this can vary from 7 to 21 business days depending on your location.
